At 12:01 AM, Troopers arrested Derrick Aparicio-Sutton, age 34, of 319 East 8th Street, Apartment 314, South Boston, Massachusetts, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety; and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 2:38 AM, Troopers arrested Jonavan A. Ortega, age 25, of 661 Providence Street, Apartment #1, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
