At 4:23 PM, Troopers arrested Ryan Hogan, age 51, of 33 Ekland Road, Warwick, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the original charge of Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 37 in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
