At 8:30 PM, Troopers arrested Sandy C. Cintron, age 40, of 140 Glen Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses/Personation – Greater than $10,000; 2.) False Statement to Obtain Replacement Public Assistance Check – Greater than $500; 3.) Fraudulently Obtain Public Assistance – Greater than $500; and 4.) Giving False Document to Agent, Employee, or Public Assistance. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject turning himself in. The subject was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date in Third Division District Court.

Fraudulently Obtain Public Assistance – Greater than $500; and 4.) Giving False Document to Agent, Employee, or Public Assistance. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject turning herself in. The subject was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date in Third Division District Court.
