Hope Valley Barracks

On Friday, July 24, 2026 at 10:56 PM, Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Tiffany Espinol, age 34, of 50 West Warwick Avenue, Apartment 2, West Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Kent County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Shoplifting – Second Offense originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Riverside Terrace in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.

On Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11:01 AM, Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Mya Toro, age 21, of 15 Paige Place, Hope Valley, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. .10 - .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.124% & Phase II: 0.118%). The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
