At 11:30 PM, Troopers arrested Patrick Irwin, age 31, of 105 Carter Field Road, North Andover, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC > .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.163% & Phase II: 0.170%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the B.A.T. Mobile, processed, and released to a responsible adult.
