At 9:40 PM, Troopers arrested Jean Baptista, age 31, of 14 Main Street, Cumberland, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of a Domestic Violence No Contact Order, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Baptista was then transported to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 12:35 AM, Troopers arrested Ruben J. Depina Andrade, age 20, of 57 Sylvian Street, First Floor, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle – First Offense; 2.) Eluding Law Enforcement, in a Vehicle – Second Offense; 3.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol; 4.) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 5.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; and 6.) Driving After Suspension of License – Certain Violations – First Offense. The arrest was the result of an investigation by Troopers and Depina Andrade being located by the Pawtucket Police Department. Depina Andrade was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held pending arraignment, where he will be presented as a probation violator.
At 1:43 AM, Troopers arrested Alana Rios, age 31, of 119 Magnolia Street, Apartment #2, Cranston, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review, on the original charge of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses, originating out of Rhode Island State Police Headquarters. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Point Street, in the City of Providence. Rios was then transported to the Adult Corrections Institute, Women's Intake Center.
