At 10:49 PM, Troopers arrested Keith Cavaca, age 54, of 25 Maggie Lane, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 10:50 PM, Troopers Desman Alvarez, age 41, of 118 Hutching Street, Dorchester, Massachusetts, for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License, originating out of the State Police – Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed prior to being turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake.
