At 12:54 AM, Troopers arrested Pedro Nunez, age 35, of 28 Lynch Street, Providence, Rhode Island on 1.) Providence/Bristol County Family Court Bench Warrant for a Reciprocal Body Attachment on a Non-Criminal Charge. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lynch Street in the City of Providence. Nunez was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 1:43 AM, Troopers arrested Emmanuel Rivera, age 42, of 166 Wallace Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Sixth Division District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance originating out of the Providence Police Department, and 3.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Driving With Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the City of Providence. Rivera was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 4:30 AM, Troopers arrested Olusegun Richardson, age 40, of 153 Gallup Street, Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for three (3) counts of Third-Degree Sexual Assault originating out of the State Police Special Victims Unit. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Special Victims Unit and the Providence Police Department locating the subject. Richardson was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment.
