On Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 9:40 PM, Troopers arrested Frank Dubois, age 51, of 64 Oak Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC .10 to .15 – 1st Offense (Phase I: 0.109%, Phase II: 0.112%). The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Edgewood Ave in the City of Cranston. Dubois was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
On Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 6:00 AM, Troopers arrested Kevin Zuniga, age 34, of 22 Busby Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on a Fourth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic – Simple Assault, originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. The arrest was a result of Zuniga turning himself in at the State Police Wickford Barracks. Zuniga was processed and later transported to Fourth District Court for arraignment.
