At 1:22 AM, Troopers arrested Nelson Morales Marquez, age 25, of 782 Bernon Street Apartment 2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying Pistol and 2.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited (3 Counts). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
