At 6:52 PM, Troopers arrested William Brogno, age 25, of 1 Kingston Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving to Endanger Resulting in Physical Injury, 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, 3.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown (Blood Results Pending) – First Offense, 4.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense, and 5.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident to an Attended Motor Vehicle. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 10 South in the City of Cranston after the subject fled a separate motor vehicle crash on Route 6 West in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Kent Hospital with minor injuries, where he was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future date in Third Division District Court.
