At 12:53 PM, Troopers arrested Apollo Dibenedetto, age 43, of 600 Ten Rod Road, Apt. A, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for Domestic Violence - Violation of a No-Contact Order - First Offense. This arrest was the result of the Rhode Island Division of Sheriffs contacting the State Police – Wickford Barracks and Trooper Sarasin responding to Fourth Division District Court to take custody of Dibenedtto. Dibenedetto was presented as a Bail Violator and arraigned at Fourth Division District Court then turned over to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.
At 11:50 PM, Troopers arrested Shaun Shultz, age 21, of 86 Phenix Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.)Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the City of Warwick. Shultz was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
