On Monday, August 3, 2026 at 12:15 AM, Troopers arrested Megan McPhillips, age 37, of 7 Timber Walk, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .08 - .10 First Offense (Phase I: 0.101% & Phase II: 0.099%.) The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third District Court.
