At 11:35 AM, Troopers arrested Elton Rivera, age 44, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods less than $1500 and 2.) Driving With a Suspended License 4th + Offense. The arrest was a result of a barracks investigation and Warwick Police Department locating the suspect. The suspect was then taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and presented to the justice of the peace as a bail violator and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute- Men's Intake Center.
At 11:37 PM, Troopers arrested Deandre Tolson, age 22, of 21 Atlas Street, Floor 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, 2.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, 3.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers conducting a follow up investigation on Atlas Street in the City of Providence. Tolson was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
