At approximately 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jayce Barnes, age 19, of Rosner Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and released with a future Third District Division Court Date.
