At 10:00 PM, Troopers arrested Victoria Langley, age 27, of 223 Front Street, Apt. 2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Driving Without Consent of Owner originating out of the Central Falls Police Department and 2) Third Division District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the Town of Cumberland. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed before being turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.
At 2:20 AM, Troopers arrested Ronald Russo Jr. age 34, of 269 Angell Road, Lincoln, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Puritan Street in the Town of North Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future date at Third Division District Court.
At 3:00 AM Troopers arrested Jaime Encino, age 25, of 451 W Central Street, Franklin, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.183% and Phase II: 0.186). This arrest was the result of reports of an erratic operator, and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Cumberland Hill Road in the Town of Cumberland. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future date at Third Division District Court.
