At 7:44 PM, Troopers arrested Arthur Richardson, age 26, of 12 Sunflower Circle, Apt. 12, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Vandalism, 2.) Disorderly Conduct, and 3.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License-Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Eddy Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, held overnight as a Probation Violator, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Jared A. Villar, age 32, of 121 Byfield Street, First Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving to Endanger Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pavilion Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
