At 1:37 PM, Troopers arrested Krystal Lopez, age 37, of 124 River Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where she was processed, and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
