At 10:00 AM, Troopers arrested Christopher Bearugard, age 53, 181 Rock Ridge Drive, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for the original charge of shoplifting 2nd offense originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of Mr. Bearugard turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Mr. Bearugard was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
At 10:35 PM, Troopers arrested Cristian Acosta-Triminio, age 23, of 180 Webster Street, Apartment 1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
At 10:37 PM, Troopers arrested Joselyn Sanchez, age 35, of 150 Suffolk Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Simple Assault and/or Battery originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.
At 10:55 PM, Troopers arrested Jeremy M. Amaral, age 46, of 234 Whitman Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License originating out of the State Police – Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a disabled motor vehicle on Route 195 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
At 11:22 PM, Troopers arrested Kelvin Somoza, age 25, of 424 Prairie Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth/Subsequent Offense originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Prairie Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
At 1:08 AM, Troopers arrested Gary C. Rosa, age 33, of 56 Plain Drive, Stoughton, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of a Drug, Toluene, or Controlled Substance – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and later released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
