At 11:45 PM Troopers arrested Derwin Edwin Quinones Santana, age 19, of 71 Graham Ave, Paterson, New Jersey, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of The Peace and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
