On Thursday, August 14, 2026, at 8:52 AM, Troopers arrested Ashley Fernandez, age 26, of 550 Union Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island on a Third District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of 1.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/ Cancelled License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hopkins Hill Road in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court.
