At 1:21 PM, Troopers arrested Devan Rosa Garcia, age 24, of 24 Belfield Dr, Johnston, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of No Contact Order, originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Ave, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Central Falls Police Department.
At 8:35 PM, Troopers arrested Bismael Fabian Crisostomo, age 21, of 19 Phenix Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving With Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Traffic Safety Unit. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bodell Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center.
