At 9:39 AM, Troopers arrested Rigoberto Dominicci, age 51, of 35 Goff Avenue Apt. 308, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice for Larceny originating out of the Polk County Sheriff's Office in Florida. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the DMV to assist the Capitol Police with a subject in custody. Dominicci was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and arraigned at Third Division District Court.
At 1:40 PM, Troopers arrested Ethan Collins, age 18, of 54 Pheasant Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Disorderly Conduct (2 counts); 2.) Throwing Articles at Moving Vehicles; and 3.) Vandalism. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. Collins was transported to Headquarters, where he was processed and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 1:45 PM, Troopers arrested Tyrone Akion, age 45, of 500 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Larceny – Less than $1,500. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the Warwick Police Department locating Akion. Akion was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Men's Intake Service Center, where he will be held as a probation and bail violator pending a Third Division District Court arraignment date.
