At 2:57 PM, Troopers arrested Megan Natusch, age 53, of 200 Post Rd, Warwick, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Simple Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street, in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and later turned over the Adult Correctional Institute – Women's Intake Center.
At 8:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Guallpa Guaman, age 34, of 31 Hill Street, Hopedale, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers checking a disabled motor vehicle on Route 99 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 3:44 AM, Troopers arrested Francisco Sanum De La Cruz, age 56, of 5 Frankfort Street, Apt 1A, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Greenville Avenue in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
