At 9:55 AM, Troopers arrested Marc Peskin, age 40, of 230 Flint Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution on the original charge of Unlawful Breaking and Entering originating out of the Glocester Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Peskin was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to Superior Court.
At 10:40 PM, Troopers arrested Kristen D. Smith, age 39, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving with Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bridgham Street, in the City of Providence. Smith was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight as a probation violator pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
