At 9:00 AM, Troopers arrested Ruben J. Depina Andrade, age 20, with a last known address of 57 Sylvian Street, Apartment 1, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle – First Offense; and 2.) Driving After Suspension of License – Certain Violations – First Offense. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by Troopers. Depina Andrade was arraigned at Sixth Division District Court, where he was held as a probation violator.
At 7:34 PM, Troopers arrested Brian Williams, Age 44, of 108 Vine Street, Apartment 2, Pawtucket Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.193% & Phase II: 0.175%.), 2.) DUI of Liquor and/or Drugs – Child
