On August 18, 2026, ACI Investigations charged Zion Hernandez, age 19, of 15 Melcher Street, Apartment 1, Plainville, Massachusetts as a Fugitive from Justice out of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Records and Identification Unit. Mr. Hernandez was arraigned at Third District Court where he waived extradition.

The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Records and Identification Unit. Mr. Stevens was arraigned at Third District Court where he waived extradition.
