On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 4:30 PM, Troopers arrested Robert Kilday, age 60, of 85 Pearl Street, Stoughton, Massachusetts for 1) Violation of a Domestic No Contact Order - Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Greene Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution - Men's Intake Center pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court where he will be presented as a bail violator.
