LOCATION: CRANSTON

On Thursday, August 20, 2026, at approximately 5:30 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Keishon McCants , age 28, of 30 Irving Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department for 1.) Felony Assault( Firearm) and 2.) Conspiracy, and 3.). The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. McCants was taken into custody without incident and was turned over to members of Pawtucket Police Department.

LOCATION: PROVIDENCE

On Thursday, August 20, 2026, at approximately 6:30 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Moises Reyes, age 25, of 777 Atwells Avenue, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the East Providence Police Department for 1.) First Degree Sexual Assault, 2.) Domestic Strangulation, and 3.) Domestic Felony Assault. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Reyes was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the East Providence Police Department.

LOCATION: LINCOLN (Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort)

On August 20, 2026 at approximately 12:30 PM, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Arturo R. Ramos, age 57, of 7 Summer Street, Sharon, Massachusetts for one (1) count of Larceny. Arrest was the result of a Gaming Enforcement Unit investigation on August 17, 2026, of the larceny of $1,000 value casino cheques at a roulette table at the Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort and securing an arrest warrant. Mr. Ramos turned himself in and was processed Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Third District Court for an arraignment. Mr. Ramos was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail after appearing in front of the Honorable Judge Ippolito.

LOCATION: LINCOLN (Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort)

On August 20, 2026, at approximately 1:35 PM, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Kaheem K. Campbell, age 29, of 497 E Pleasant Street apt. 88, Amherst, Massachusetts for one (1) count of Larceny Under $1,500. The arrest was the result of a Gaming Enforcement Unit investigation on July 21, 2026, of the larceny of $1,000 value casino cheque at a blackjack table at Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort and securing an arrest warrant. Mr. Campbell was located on casino property and placed under arrest without incident. Mr. Campbell was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Third District Court for an arraignment. Mr. Campbell was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail after appearing in front of the Honorable Judge Ippolito.
