At 10:00 AM, Troopers arrested Papa Ndiaye, Age 20, of 391 Pawtucket Avenue, Apartment 1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Providence Police Department for 1.) Reckless driving and 2.) Obstructing a Police Officer in the Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal to take custody of Ndiaye. Ndiaye was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
