At 12:15 p.m., Troopers arrested Shaylindda Wilkes, age 32, of 51 Brattle Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review, on the original charge of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses/Personation over 10,000, originating out of the Rhode Island State Police – Headquarters. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.
