At 11:20 PM, Troopers arrested James R. Dean, age 32, of 691 Dry Bridge Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – Ten Grams or Less (Crack Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Carrie Ann Drive in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
