On Monday, August 24, 2026, at 8:30 AM, Troopers arrested Holly Hong, age 46, of 65 Jervis Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elm Street in the City of Woonsocket. Hong was transported to State Police Headquarters, where she was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
