On Wednesday August 26, 2026 at 1:08 AM, Troopers arrested Donelle Wilson, age 46, of 1010 Branch Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue, in the City of Providence. Wilson was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Wednesday August 26, 2026 at 3:03 AM, Troopers arrested Joao Baptista Rosario, age 26, of 197 Harrison Street, Apt 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North, in the Town of Lincoln. Baptista Rosario was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.
