At 1:30 AM, Troopers arrested Timothy Sheeran, age 52 of 666 Annaquatucket Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on a Second Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 South in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Facility- Men's Intake.
At 4:51 PM, Troopers arrested Kenneth Boudreau, age 56, of 11 Echo Lane, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, for 1.) Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited (2 Counts). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third District Court.
At 9:55 PM, Troopers arrested Seth Yehle, age 25 of 132 Hillard avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving After Suspension of License – Certain Violations – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Airport Road in the City of Warwick. Yehle was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future Third Division District Court date.
