At 11:51 PM, Troopers arrested Junior Zabala Ramos, age 47, of 67 Boutwell Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 10 in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
