At 10:01 a.m., Troopers arrested Xavier Valle age 21, of 270 Chad Brown Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving After Suspension of License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Francis Street, in the City of Providence. Valle was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, transported to Sixth Division District Court and presented as a probation violator.
At 12:08 a.m., Troopers arrested David Rodrigues, age 46, of 150 Pond Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pond Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 3:55 a.m., Troopers arrested Pastor Garcia Pichardo, age 26, of 29 Tucker Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
