At 3:28 PM, Troopers arrested Ray Echavarria, age 22, of 76 Sabra Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Full Extradition Warrant out of the Polk County, Florida Sheriff's Office for 1.) Failure to Appear on the original charges of Eluding a Police Officer, No Valid License, and Resisting Arrest, 2.) Providence Superior Court Full Hold Without Bail Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Unlawful Breaking and Entering originating out the Providence Police Department, 3.) Kent County Superior Court Full Hold Without Bail Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Manufacturing, Deliver, Possession with Intent originating out of the Warwick Police Department, 4.) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, 5.) Fugitive From Justice. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the ACI – Men's Intake Center as a Fugitive from Justice.
At 5:45 PM, Troopers arrested Kennan Halsey Harry, age 20, of 10 Circle Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant Originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks for 1.) Violation of No Contact Order – First Offense. This was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject being located at his residence in Coventry. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the ACI – Men's Intake Center as a violator.
