LOCATION: WESTERLY
On Monday, August 31, 2026, at approximately 6:30 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Westerly Police Department arrested Elvis Rodriguez, age 48, of 12 West Street, Westerly, Rhode Island as a 1.) Fugitive From Justice from the State of Massachusetts for Unarmed Robbery and Witness Intimidation, 2.) an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Westerly Police Department for Domestic Simple Assault, 3.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V with Intent out of the Westerly Police Department and 4.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V out of the Westerly Police Department. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Rodriguez was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Westerly Police Department on scene.
LOCATION: PAWTUCKET
On Monday, August 31, 2026, at approximately 9:30 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Pawtucket Police Department arrested Dandre Docouto, age 20, of 42 Cherry Street, Apartment #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol, 2) Possession of a Firearm on School Property, and 3) Firing in a Compact Area. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Docouto was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Pawtucket Police Department on scene.
