On Monday, September 1, 2026 at 3:37 PM, Troopers arrested Ryan Marshal, age 38, of 339 South County Trail, Exeter, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – Ten Grams or Less. The arrest was the result of troopers responding to an unwanted party at the Mobil Gas Station located on South County Trail in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to State Police - Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
