At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Christopher Schultz, age 38, of 309 Greenwich Avenue, Apartment C12, Warwick, Rhode Island, for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of Rhode Island Capitol Police taking Shultz into custody at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal. Schultz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
At 4:04 PM, Troopers arrested Christopher Zingg, age 71, of 5 Crossways Street, Barrington, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Fraudulent Checks over $1,500 originating out of the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation, with Zingg responding to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks and turning himself in. Zingg was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 10:20 PM, Troopers arrested David Depina, age 28, of 303 Bucklin Street, Floor 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bucklin Street in the City of Providence. Depina was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear at Sixth Division District Court.
