At 9:38 AM, Troopers arrested Albert Perez, age 32, of 26 East Drive Apt 1A, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Headquarters where he was processed and transported to 6th District Court for afternoon arraignment.
At 2:28 PM, Troopers arrested Dederick Gunn, age, of 115 Fruit Hill Avenue, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting originating out of the Johnston Police Department. The arrest was the result of the subject turning himself into the State Police – Scituate Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Johnston Police – Department.
At 10:29 PM, Troopers arrested Marcus Bennett, age 29, of 14 Arch Street, Floor 3, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Scituate Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a Probation Violator.
At 1:15 AM, Troopers arrested Caitlyn Famulari, age 29, of 24 Elmdale Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dean Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Scituate Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
