At 3:29 PM, Troopers arrested Askari Stefanidis, age 18, of 73 Central Street, Apt #C, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1) Willful Trespassing. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Troopers located the subject at 1211 Cranston Street in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace as a bail violator, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Service Center pending morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
At 12:50 AM, Troopers arrested Elliot Marzette, age 35, of 37 Coach Murgo Lane, Apartment #1, Barrington, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License – Special Circumstances, and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bucklin Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held pending arraignment in Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a probation/bail violator.
At 2:04 AM, Troopers arrested Juan Bautista, age 48, of 20 Ball Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1) Driving with a Suspended License – Special Circumstances – Third Offense, and 2) Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held pending arraignment in Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a bail violator.
