At 11:01 PM, Troopers arrested Janell J. Lussier, age 27, of 88 1st Street, Apartment # 3, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct, 2.) Domestic Violence – Refusal/Relinquish/Damage/Obstruct Telephone, 3.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – 1st Offense, and 4.) Vandalism. The arrest was the result of E-911 calls for a Domestic Disturbance on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. Lussier was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 12:11 AM, Troopers arrested Dyani A. Robles, age 23, of 127 Harrison Street, Floor #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Warwick Police Department for 1.) Shoplifting, and 2.) Conspiracy – Misdemeanor. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Robles was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
At 2:16 AM, Troopers arrested Janell J. Lussier, age 27, of 88 1st Street, Apartment #3, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Violence – Violation of No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and subsequent motor vehicle stop by troopers on Second Avenue in the City of Cranston. Lussier was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and held pending arraignment by a Justice of the Peace as a bail violator.
At 2:31 AM, Troopers arrested Davie J. Martinez, age 45, of 2550 West Shore Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown - First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Sorrento Street in the City of Providence. Martinez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held pending morning arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
