At 12:30 PM, Troopers arrested Jacob Perry, age 36, of 80 Curtis Street, Apt. 601, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Headquarters where he was processed and transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
At 3:32 PM, Troopers arrested Talisha Harmon, age 40, of 285 Main Street, Apartment #10, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine), 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Ecstasy) and 3.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court where she will be presented as a probation violator.
At 1:08 AM, Troopers arrested Lillia S. Downing, age 24, of 70 6th Avenue, Milford, Connecticut for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15/Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.157 & Phase II: 0.162) and 2.) Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a hit and run motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released pending a future Sixth District Court arraignment.
