At 3:07 PM, Troopers arrested James Jones, age 56, of 1312 Eddy Street Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the East Providence Police Department for Vandalism and Malicious Injury to Property. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. Jones was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the East Providence Police Department.
At 10:25 PM, Troopers arrested James Holgate, age 28, of 78 Lakeside Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 1:23AM, Troopers arrested Alyssa Bochichio, age 32, of 9 Lunn Street, Riverside, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 1:56 AM, Troopers arrested Xavier Mejia, age 45, of 37 Mawney Street, Apt 11, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters where he was processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
