At 9:28 AM, Troopers arrested Henry Banks, age 45, of 17 Watson Road, Preston, Connecticut, for 1.) Domestic Violence – Violation of a No Contact Order – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 South in the City of Providence. Banks was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear at Sixth Division District Court.
At 11:06 AM, Troopers arrested Herman Sanchez, age 64, of 103 Hanian Drive, East Weymouth, Massachusetts, for 1.) Duty to Stop for an Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of troopers responding to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South in Pawtucket and later locating the suspect on Smithfield Avenue in the City of Providence. Sanchez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear at Sixth Division District Court.
At 10:07 PM, Troopers arrested Joao Goncalves, age 38, of 965 Plymouth Avenue 2, Fall River, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thurston Street in the City of Pawtucket. Goncalves was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 10:42 PM, Troopers arrested Gerald Skelton, age 55, of 200 Crossing Drive, Apt 304, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 146 North in the Town of North Providence. Skelton was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 2:22 AM, Troopers arrested Yegueny Del Rosario, age 45, of 182 Sumter Street, Floor 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – Second Offense, and 3.) Threats to Public Officials. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Warren Street in the City of Providence. Del Rosario was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
