On Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 1:32 PM, Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Jacqueline Sanango, Age 19, of 1233 Wheeler Avenue, Floor 3, Bronx, New York for 1.) Obstruction of an Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released pending a future Fourth Division District Court date.
