Scituate Barracks

At 10:18 AM, Troopers arrested Pedro Ramos, age 36, of 580 Lonsdale Avenue, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of a No Contact Order – 3rd + Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court where he will be presented as a bail violator.

At 12:00 PM, Troopers arrested Yuldor Salazar, age 35, of 15 Collins Avenue 2nd Floor, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purposes and 2.) Obtaining property by False Pretenses over $10,000. The arrest was a result of a barracks investigation by Troopers and the subject subsequently turning himself into State Police Headquarters. The subject was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released with a future Third Division District Court date.

At 6:15 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Boutin, age 57, of 243 Plainfield Pike, North Scituate, Rhode Island for 1.) Crank and Obscene Phone Calls. The arrest was a result of a barracks investigation by Troopers and the subject being located at his residence. The subject was transported to Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released with a future Third Division District Court date.
