Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:50 AM, Troopers arrested Jose Ochoa Espinoza, age 56, of 134 Wendell Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-trial Conference on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – .15 or Greater, originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.

At 6:22 PM, Troopers arrested Raili Santana Alcantara, age 19, of 1065 Central Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut, for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates (2 Counts). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Santana Alcantara was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear at Sixth Division District Court.

At 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jaylina Baskins, age 29, of 70 Kinfield Street Apt 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty; 2.) Disorderly Conduct; and 3.) Operating Without a License - 4th or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Eaton Street in the City of Providence. Baskins was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 11:37 PM, Troopers arrested Maria Lugo, age 37, of 19 Elmwood Avenue, Apt 403, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Violation of Restraining Order and 2.) Domestic Disorderly, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in the City of Providence. Lugo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
